Minton House Apartment - Colyton

It was nice to have rooms with private spacious bathroom, superb view, for instance.

Our apartment was beautiful right by local restaurants and places and buses and the Seaton tramway to get there. The location was stunning in the heart of the village.

There were an iron with ironing board, coffee/tea making machines, and television, a bathtub. They offered us a wide range of options for breakfast, it was gorgeous and unique.

The stay was wonderful and I recommend to others to stay there. The accommodation was comfortable and beautiful located just off places to visit, buses and the Seaton tramway to get there and centre, that's what I was expecting.

This place provided a great stay, conveniently located near the event we were attending.

Excellent home base for exploring Colyton. Gorgeous clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. Exceptional breakfasts. Beautiful setting in the heart of the village. And close to local restaurants and places, buses and the Seaton tramway to get there and two nearby pubs, one of which had great food. Comfortable experience, would love to return🙂

our recent stay in colyton was simply perfect. minton house exceeded our expectations in every way. from the warm welcome and cozy room to the delicious breakfast and ideal location, everything was just fantastic.

Bathroom could use more towels.

the location was perfect, right in the heart of the village. the room was comfortable, with a lovely bed and beautiful decor. the bathroom facilities were top-notch, with a great shower. the service was exceptional, with the hosts being welcoming and friendly. the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. the view from the B&B was also stunning, overlooking the historic town.

That there is no elevator in this family-type house, which may be difficult with mobility issues.

We had a really comfortable stay nearby two pubs and the rear garden, and it was nice to have unique rooms with very comfortable beds.

Interesting hosts, homely room, comfortable beds. Shower issue but likely fixed soon. Delicious breakfast, comfy bed, beautiful decor, good bathroom facilities. Friendly hosts, nice town, good restaurant recommendation. Lovely village, large house, good breakfast choices. Warm and welcoming environment, helpful hosts.
